• Zillow Flex pricing tier for the property's zip code
• Picket's rebate percentage (typically 80% of Zillow fee)

Actual rebates may vary and are not guaranteed until closing.

Rebate Payment

Rebates are typically paid at closing as a credit on your settlement statement. Payment is subject to lender approval and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Chrome Extension Terms

By using our Chrome extension, you acknowledge that:

• The extension modifies the display of third-party websites (Zillow) for informational purposes
• Rebate calculations are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Zillow
• The extension may stop functioning if Zillow changes their website structure
• You may uninstall the extension at any time through your browser settings

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are the property of Picket or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

• Failure to receive expected rebates

• Reliance on information provided through our Services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Picket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
